The Underwood wrestling tradition can be captured by looking at its list of Iowa State Wrestling Tournament place winners. That list is a Who's Who of high school wrestling in Iowa! Every wrestler on this elite list was a very difficult opponent, one who used technique, endurance, and the will to win to defeat the majority of their opponents, even the ones who they met in the state tournament.
